Pricing
Websites start at $500.
One-time price for the whole build. Nothing monthly, nothing renews, and everything in your name.
01What that gets you
Included
- A site designed for your business, not a template with your logo dropped in
- Built to load fast and work on a phone, because that's where your customers are
- Tap-to-call and a contact form that goes straight to your phone and email
- Your services, your service area, your photos, your words
- On-page SEO done right: page titles, descriptions, and your business details marked up so Google reads them correctly
- Your domain and hosting set up in your name. About $15 a year for the domain; hosting is free
- Live in about a week
- Small changes free for the first 30 days: text, photos, hours, phone number, anything that isn't right
- If something I built breaks, I fix it free. No time limit
What it doesn't include
- Monthly SEO, Google Ads, or reporting. I build websites, that's it
- Logo design, unless we talk about it up front
- Photography. Bring what you have, or I work with what's there
After that
It's yours. Nothing monthly, nothing renews, no account I hold. If something I built breaks, I fix it free, no time limit. New pages or features down the road, text me and I'll quote it up front.
02What I need from you
The intake list
It's short, and I'll walk you through it on the first call.

- Your logo, best quality you've got
- Brand colors, if you know them
- Your old website address, if you had one
- The services you want listed, in your words
- The towns and counties you cover
- The phone number and email that should show, and who answers
- Your hours
- Your Google Business Profile, or permission to set one up
- Your domain, if you already own one, and where you bought it
- Any reviews worth quoting
- Licenses, insurance, certifications, years in business
- Anything you specifically don't want on the site
03What you own
All of it
The last guy kept the logins. Here's the list of what's in your name from day one.
Your domain
Registered in your name, on your card.
Your hosting account
Your email, your login.
Your Google Business Profile
You're the owner. I'm not.
Your analytics
Your account, your data.
The site files themselves
Yours, and they work anywhere.
Nothing monthly, nothing renews
Nothing of yours sits behind a login I control.
04Questions
What contractors ask me
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at $500. That's a one-time price for the whole build. Nothing monthly, nothing renews.
How long does it take?
About a week from when you give me the go-ahead, assuming I have your photos and info.
Do I own it?
Yes, completely. The domain, the hosting, the site files, all in your name with your email. I don't hold any logins. If you ever want to go somewhere else, you take everything with you and nothing breaks.
Who pays for hosting?
You do, and it's small: about $15 a year for the domain, and hosting itself is free for a site like yours. I set it all up in your name.
Can I change things later?
Yes. For the first 30 days, small changes are free: text, photos, hours, phone number, fixing anything that isn't right. New pages or new features after that, I'll quote up front before I touch anything. And if something I built breaks, I fix it free, no time limit.
Do you do SEO?
Not as a monthly service. I build the site so the SEO basics are right from day one: your pages are titled correctly, your business info is marked up so Google reads it, and your Google Business Profile is set up. Beyond that, I'm not the guy. I build websites.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Usually it's cheaper and faster to rebuild than to untangle someone else's work, but send me the link and I'll tell you honestly.
What do you need from me to start?
Photos, your logo, your services, and a half hour on the phone. That's most of it.
